REFUNDS AND RETURNS

At Goody Vibes, your satisfaction is our top priority! If you’d like to return an item, just reach out to us within 30 days of receiving your order, and we’ll guide you through a seamless return process. Here’s how it works:

1. Get in Touch: Let us know you’d like to return an item by reaching out through one of these methods:

   - Please note: We do not process return requests via phone or voice message.

2. Prepaid Return Label: We’ll send you a prepaid return shipping label within 24 to 48 hours of your request.

3. Return Your Item: Simply pack your item securely in a box or mailer, attach the prepaid label, and send it back to us.

4. Refund Process: Once your package arrives at our warehouse and is processed, we’ll initiate your refund within 1 to 2 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method, and please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to appear in your account.

Remember to use the return shipping label we provide to ensure your package is directed to the correct warehouse location. Unfortunately, we cannot take responsibility for items sent to the wrong address if the proper procedures aren’t followed. If you don’t reach out within 30 days of receiving your order, we won’t be able to process a refund.

If a shipment is returned to us as undeliverable, you have two options: request a full refund for the products ordered or have us resend the order at no additional shipping cost. This policy does not apply to refused packages, so please keep that in mind.

SATISFACTION POLICY

At Goody Vibes, we’re proud to offer our 100% "Satisfaction Policy"! Try our subscription orders completely risk-free! We believe in the quality of our products and want you to be thrilled with your purchase. If you don’t absolutely love your coffee or matcha for any reason, we’ll provide a full refund for one opened (1) bag of coffee and/or one (1) opened bag of matcha from your first subscription order—no questions asked!

Just a couple of things to remember: you must contact us within 30 days of your delivery date to initiate your refund request. Simply follow the return steps outlined above to get your shipping label and refund.

REFUSED PACKAGES

If you encounter any issues with your package, we encourage you to accept it and contact us right away! If you refuse a package for reasons other than damage, we’ll refund you for the products once we receive it back at our warehouse.

However, if the package shows visible damage, you won’t incur any return shipping costs, and you can choose between a full refund—including any shipping fees—or a replacement at no extra charge.

If you discover any defects or damage after opening your package, please let us know! You can return the affected product for a full refund or exchange, and we’ll cover the return shipping costs. Just make sure to reach out to us immediately so we can assist you.

Important Note: Refused packages can occasionally get lost in transit back to us. If you choose to refuse your shipment and it doesn’t make it back, we won’t be able to issue a refund. To ensure that returns are tracked correctly, please always use a return label generated by our customer service team.
